Ben Tan is the Founder and Managing Director at Cyber Future, a cybersecurity service provider based in Brisbane, Australia. The firm works closely with CIOs; IT directors and managers; and security architects in the financial, insurance, and manufacturing sectors to provide network defense and risk mitigation services, leveraging a team of highly experienced cybersecurity and networking professionals. Ben himself brings over two decades of international information security experience to the company, and is a member of Australia’s Cyber Security Centre.
Before he founded Cyber Future Pty Ltd, Ben was the founder and managing director of Cyber Future in New Zealand, a senior technical consultant for Spark Digital NZ, a technical consultant for Vodafone New Zealand, an advanced services consultant for Juniper Networks, and an Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank, among a variety of roles. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and information systems from the University of Auckland.
James has over 15 years’ experience in designing high level security solutions and application delivery networks for large companies across the Asia Pacific region.
His areas of expertise include content delivery networks, DDOS mitigation, Denial of Service protection, PCI Compliance, WAF, Next Generation Firewalls, DPI, IPS/IDS and more.
Industries worked in include telecommunications, financial services, multinationals, government departments and defense organisations.
Peter has 16 years in Professional Services expertise in IT security environments with a focus on real world threat detection and security monitoring.
Supporting inside, outside and channel sales teams then engaging on all facets of the customer experience. All while focused on the customers needs and how the products may or may not fit a prospect customer. An energetic sales engineer capable of meaningful customer focused both technical and non-technical interactions.
Michael has 15 years in pre-sales experience across the Asia Pacific region in the areas of System Engineering, Design, Network Engineering, Technical Support, Network administration and customer service.
Michael’s experience extends across multiple industries including telcomunications, Data Centres, banking and financial services.
Dong has been a Senior Network Engineer for more than 16 years. A highly skilled in Cisco Architecture, implement and manage security focused Enterprise network infrastructure.
He mastered an extensive range of technologies including: Data Centre, Virtualization, Public Cloud, Security, Wireless and Data Network, Certificate and Cipher Management, and IP telephony. Broad knowledge and experience across various information security domains.
Dong is also an expert in F5 ASM, APM and Load Balancer.
Eric has been in the Networking industrial for 10+ years.
Working on Cisco network management and design Cisco Unified Communication, Cisco Security, Juniper Network Management, Checkpoint NGFW and F5 Load balance.
Tien has more than 16 years of extensive experiences in network design, planning, deployment and operation. This included LAN/WAN/MPLS IP Network Architecture design and management.
A Tier 4 Data Center network solution design and management for a big MNC. Core IP Network engineering for an ISP with most extensive submarine cable networks in Asia.
He has also a proven track record of managing large-scale network projects.
Sri has 10+ years in Network Security. He is a Checkpoint and Imperva expert.
An enthusiastic and determined security engineer with a drive to resolve complex security issues.
Hands on experience on a wide range of technologies covering data, security and virtualization products with a focus on ensuring quality delivery.
Sam is an accomplished security engineer and trainer specialist in network security area.
His technical strengths are Palo Alto Networks firewalls, Cisco routing and switches, VMWare ESXi virtualization technology, AWS and Python.
He is also a Palo Alto Networks Certified Instructor (PCNSI) doing Pre and Post Sales support.
